Grilled Catfish and Swordfish Steaks

Serves 6 


Ingredients:

  • Catfish
    2 lb. catfish fillets
    1/2 cup Dale's meat, poultry, and seafood seasoning
  • Swordfish
    four 8 oz. swordfish steaks
    1/2 cup teryaki sauce
    2 T margarine, melted
    1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Catfish
Marinate fish 5 minutes per side in Dale's seasoning. Spray grill with a non-stick coating. Grill fish over medium coals 5 minutes per side. Checkfish for flakiness when done.

Swordfish
Marinate fish 5 minutes per side in teryaki sauce. Spray grill with a non-stick coating. Grill fish over medium coals 5-6 minutes per side, basting frequently with melted margarine. Season with garlic powder. Check fish for flakiness when done.
