HIGHLIGHTS

The Mid-west market report for the week ending October 25, 1996. This report now contains the volume and point of origin. In general, the reported prices were unchanged. Missing from the last report were coho salmon, white perch, white fish, buffalo, common carp, Florida Perch, northern pike, smelts, sunfish, turbot and hard clams. Rainbow trout fillets and Atlantic salmon fillets re-appeared.
