In cooperation with the WAS Employment Service
• College Degree in Aquaculture or Fisheries
• Demonstrated experience in all aspects aquaculture using recirculating systems
• Thorough understanding of water chemistry, fish health and nutrition
• Basic computer skills for data collection and entry
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, pump, and motor repair is highly desirable
• Adaptability to varying work schedules
• Must be a US Citizen or in the US ready to work to be considered. No foreign applicants will be considered
Description:
AquaGreen, LLC is seeking motivated and conscientious employees for its research, hatchery, and production facilities in southern Mississippi. Duties will include acclimation of fingerlings to production systems, water quality monitoring, feed management, fish health and growth sampling, and harvesting. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals to gain experience in all aspects of freshwater and marine fish production.
