2. At least 5 years verifiable experience as leadperson in a sea-based research operation;
3. Male or female;
4. Has strong field research background;
5. Highly proficient in MS Office applications;
6. Demonstrates excellent analytic skills and attention to detail;
7. Has open water diving certificate;
8. Can work with minimum supervision;
9. Speaks good English and Bahasa Melayu;
10. Willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement;
11. Proficiency in GPS-based mapping is an advantage;
12. Skilled at operating boats up to 40 feet in length;
13. Has a valid driver’s license;
14. Can lift 25 kilograms;
15. Familiar with marine safety regulations;
16. Willing to travel or be assigned anywhere in Malaysia.
