Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Biology or closely related field;

2. At least 3 years verifiable experience in sea-based operations;

3. Male or female;

4. Has strong engineering/technical experience;

5. Proficient in MS Office applications;

6. Has open water diving certificate;

7. Willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement;

8. Skilled at operating boats up to 40 feet in length;

9. Has a valid driver’s license;

10. Can lift 30 kilograms;

11. Familiar with marine safety regulations;

12. Willing to travel or be assigned anywhere in Malaysia.


Description:

Responsible for designing and constructing floating and underwater aquaculture structures for aquaculture project in Malaysia or surrounding areas; assist the Marine Biologist in conducting marine research program; responsible for operation and maintenance of equipment for sea-based operations; assist in research data collection and analysis.
